Low carb eating and what it's done for me


Back in 2018 I started a low carb diet (AKA Keto). It's been one of the greatest decisions I've made.


  • I've been within the healthy weight column for 3 straight years now

  • My blood pressure is better

  • My mood is better

  • I'm no longer controlled by normal meal times (helpful when things get busy)

  • I have certain aspects of my health which got better (probably not appropriate to share, LOL).

  • I'm now running & cycling 4-5 times a week

  • Hopefully a better role model for my children

  • Buyer clothes is much easier, except now I'm almost too small for Costco
