One of my loves is real estate. I built houses in Central Oregon part time, and then full time. Crashed and burned in 2008. Then I started up again in Eugene and decided I wanted to focus on the development side instead of building. Ended up getting my Realtor's license and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. It's just part time for me, but so far I'm quite good at it. My focus is mainly on my needs, but I'll help close friends as needed.
